Return eligibility.
The return window is 15 days from the date you receive the item. To be eligible for a voluntary return, the item must be unopened or unused.
We do not accept voluntary returns of:
- Used products.
- Products damaged by the customer.
- Consumables or snacks.
Sales that do not meet these eligibility requirements are final, subject to the rights described below.
Before sending a return.
Email info@RidersFactory.com with your order reference and the item you want to return.
Contact us before mailing the item so we can provide the return instructions and the correct return address.
Defective, incorrect or undelivered items.
If an item is defective, you receive the wrong item or an order does not arrive, email info@RidersFactory.com with the order reference and a description of the issue.
The voluntary return limits above do not exclude any rights or remedies available under applicable law for defective goods, incorrect items, undelivered orders or other protected claims.
